The Volvsaab Story

VolvSaab is the combination of 2 long established Australian automotive parts specialists. In the early 1980’s a Company called Ormac Automotive was formed to import and distribute European car parts. At the same time the formation of VolvSaab as a specialist Volvo & SAAB ‘wrecker’ was about to happen. These two businesses worked together with VolvSaab buying most of their new parts from Ormac.

In 1995 the Swan family took over the business of Ormac and pushed ahead with the importation exclusively of Volvo & Saab O.E.M. quality New parts. The following years saw a growth that demanded expansion and the acquisition of VolvSaab, the Recycled & Rebuilt parts experts, was completed in late 2000.

It is our company's vision to fulfil the following goals:

In our never ending desire to offer our customers the best in service and advice we have recently introduced the state of the art new ADEN Works computer software system to our company.  This incredibly state of the art Widows based program gives all staff instant access to all our stock far quicker than ever before for both new and recycled.  All data can be relayed to you, our customer, and consequently gives us the ability to fast track your orders and save you time and money.
